shipping is free unless otherwise noted on the product page.

we ship to the United states only via UPS, fedex and usps depending on size and destination. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Many of our plants and planters are sculptural, oversized, or irregularly shaped. Shipping them safely often requires more than standard packaging.

Each order is packed individually using plant-specific materials designed to protect structure, foliage, and root systems. In some cases, packaging materials are sourced or prepared specifically for the plant being shipped. Select plants may ship bare root to ensure safe transit. Soil and pots may be removed prior to shipping.

processing time:
Please allow 1-3 business days for handling prior to shipment. This time is used for plant inspection, stabilization, and protective packing—not time in transit.

shipping timelines:
Once shipped, delivery times vary based on carrier, destination, and package size. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

weather considerations:
To protect plant health, shipments may be delayed during periods of extreme heat or cold. If this affects your order, we’ll reach out directly.

our priority:
Our goal is not speed for its own sake, but safe arrival. Some orders take a little longer to ship so that plants arrive healthy and intact.

Damaged or Issue Orders

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
