Due to the nature of live plants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Issue Orders

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Clear photos of the plant and packaging

  • Your order number

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping Stress

Plants may show minor signs of stress after shipping (leaf drop, cosmetic blemishes, soil disturbance). This is normal and not considered damage.

Incorrect Addresses

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Weather Conditions

We are not responsible for damage caused by extreme temperatures during transit. Please monitor your local weather and order accordingly.

Care Responsibility

Once delivered, plant care becomes the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for decline due to improper care or environment.
